What is KickStart?
KickStart is a new program from Buckingham Parish Church to help you move forward in life during and after Covid lockdown. It covers issues like living on a low income, finding a job, dealing with life-affecting habits, and mental health matters such as anxiety and dealing with loss. The key points are covered in a series of short videos shared over the internet with time for questions and discussion.

How does it work?
Sessions last a maximum of an hour. We connect with you online using a video Meeting app, normally Zoom, through your phone, tablet device, PC or laptop if you have one. We run small groups or one-on-one sessions. This is totally free and there’s no pressure on you to commit to anything long-term.
If you want, we can also pair you with someone who can keep in touch and support you as you put what you’ve learned into practice.
